Frozen Goodies (pops)
These are the recipies that I just got with my
set of "Ice Tups" which are popsicle moulds.
I have not tried any of them yet.....
Suggestions: -Applesauce
-Baby food fruits
-chocolate milk
-Egg nog
-Flavoured Yogurts
-puddings
**these all make six 1/4 cup pops**
Fruit Drink Pops
================
6 Tbsp fruit flavoured drink mix
2 Tbsp sugar
1+1/4 cups water
-Dissolve the fruit drink mix and the suger in the water.
Pour in moulds and freeze.
Banana - Yogurt Pops
====================
2 bananas
2 oz plain yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp sugar (optional)
-Mash the bananas, mix with yogurt, then add
milk and sugar.
Yogurt Pops
===========
4 oz plain yogurt
3/4 cup milk
6 Tbsp fruit flavoured drink mix (crystals)
Mix the ingredients until dissolved.
Fruit Juice Pops
================
6 oz can frozen concentrated
fruit juice
6oz water
Use your favourite frozen juice, like orange
or grape juice, or even fruit punch or lemon/lime
ades. Mix concentrate with water.
Special Fruit Pops
==================
Place drained, canned fruit like peaches
or fruit cocktail, into blender. Puree
until smooth and freeze.
Banana Pops
===========
3 small bananas
6 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp honey
Mash bananas, add PB and honey.
Blend well.
Enjoy! (the last one looks pretty weird to me!)
